1. Wedding Cake Pieces (Perishable Items)
Due to the perishable nature of our wedding cake products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been processed and delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
2. Courses (Baking, Decorating & Sugar Flowers)
Course Refunds

You may cancel your booking and request a full refund at least 48 hours before the course start date.

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.
No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

You cancel within 48 hours of the course

You miss the class (no-show)

You partially attend and request a refund
3. Rescheduling Courses
If you cannot attend a booked course, you may reschedule for another available session once, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
